ZigZag Zen is a fun stripey garter blanket constructed from the corner out alternating horizontal and vertical stripes. Zen blanket with different color combinations your choices are endless. Use a single main color for a more subtle look or dig out all your scraps and go wild! There are no rules in blanket making, just enjoy and have fun with it. This pattern provides yardage information for two different sizes section by section, but this construction gives you freedom to decide whatever size you want your blanket to be. The sample is knit with two strands of fingering weight yarn held together, but a single strand of DK to Worsted weight yarn would work too. Yardages are calculated for fingering weight yarn held double.
